What does a typical session look like?The initial meeting features an assessment session, providing you with a chance to discuss your challenges in a secure and confidential environment. By the conclusion of this assessment, we will have jointly determined the focal points and objectives you wish to accomplish through our work together. My goal is to foster a supportive environment that enables you to utilise your abilities to their fullest potential. Subsequent sessions will be unique and tailored to the client's individual needs, keeping your objectives in focus.

How long does a session last?Initial assessments and subsequent sessions can last up to one hour.

How many sessions do I need?The number of sessions needed is entirely up to you. I offer short term or long-term or ad hoc sessions. I aim to help clients achieve their goals as effectively and efficiently as possible. Most clients opt for regular weekly or fortnightly sessions to make the most out of the process. Throughout our sessions, I will perform reviews to make certain that we are progressing towards the achievement of your goals.

What are the fees?The fee for a one-hour counselling or coaching session is £55.

How do I book a session?Following confirmation of working together, you will receive a booking link via an online booking system. The booking will be held for a maximum of two days after sending the booking link before the system automatically reopens the session. While payment is due on the day of the session, providing confirmation secures your appointment slot

Do you offer support online or via phone?Sessions can be held face to face, remotely through Google Meet or via telephone depending on the preference of the client.

What are your opening times?The opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 9 PM, and Friday from 7 AM to 5:30 PM.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
